The Amsterdam City Farm Tasting Room & Restaurant revolves around using real, fresh, and local produce to ensure high-quality food and drinks for our customers. Embracing the Farm to Table ethos deeply ingrained in our brand's history, we aim to offer quality food, drinks, and overall experience.
For our menu, we take classic and traditional Indian dishes and give them a new spin, using creative cooking methods and adding ideas from other cuisines. Ingredients are carefully chosen, and the way dishes are presented has become more artistic. Attentive but informal, simple yet sophisticated. Each dish is perfectly suited to be paired with our Ginger Beer. The result is a dining experience that respects the roots of Indian food while also exploring new and creative directions.
Whether it's unique takes on regional favourites or reimagined street food, our menu reflects the lively and changing nature of the country. It appeals to the global palate while still holding on to its authentic essence.
Our menu celebrates and showcases the diversity and range of the entire country. This is particularly meaningful to Devinder, one of the founders, as it allows her to honour her Indian heritage and showcase the sophistication of Indian cuisine.

Our cocktails are made with as much attention and originality as our food, using unique ingredients and flavours. Each selection on our bar menu is carefully put together to offer a glimpse into India’s vibrant culture and bring our menu to life.
Our Tasting Room & Restaurant is also a unique place where visitors can come in to try and taste the Amsterdam City Farm Ginger Beer, which is made in the heart of Amsterdam, and hear the story behind the creation of the ginger beer.
