Brewing
We use a traditional brewing method to create our ginger beer.
For this we only use real, fresh and organic ingredients.
Fresh lime gives the perfect hit of acidity and the Peruvian ginger gives that sharp, peppery hit as soon as you take a sip and hits the throat.
We ferment our ginger beer up to 3 days to give that special fermented flavour, but avoid the ginger beer to become bitter, and remain alcohol-free.
Our drink is low on carbonation to ensure you can taste the natural flavours to the fullest.
We want to make sure that our ginger beer is as healthy as possible, that is why we add as little sugar as possible.
As our ginger beer contains 100% real ingredients, you will see a nice chunk of sediment settled on the bottom of every bottle. This is exactly what makes it special and full of flavour.
Give the bottle a little shake before you serve it to really unleash the full taste of real, authentic and fresh ginger beer.
